Terms and Conditions as at 1/7/05

To facilitate appointment availability for all clients, we require 24 hours notice of cancellation of any studio appointment, including bridal rehearsals. We never like to keep a client waiting so if you are 20 minutes or more late for your appointment, we may have to reschedule depending on availability.

Changes to address on a location appointment must be notified as soon as possible. Although most locations are available, some incur a loading. Ensure to check with Angel Faces' office.

It is the policy of Angel Faces to ensure that the stylist you have booked or rehearsed with will be with you on the day. Always check with the office if you have a concern regarding your booking.

The minimum number of people for a wedding booking on location is the bridal party. Any other friends or family members may be added. For other occasions, engagements etc., the minimum booking is two. Single appointments are welcome at the studio.

A deposit is required to secure your booking with the artist.  The balance is due the week of your wedding / booking.

If paying by personal or business cheque, these must be made 2 weeks before the wedding day, they are not accepted as a final payment, however, cheques are fine for deposits. Cheques are not accepted for purchase of product or for studio services.

Deposits for services on location outside of the studio are not refundable, but may be exchanged for a credit voucher for services.

When staying in a hotel or apartment, it is the client's responsibility to organise parking (and payment if required) for the artist/stylist.
