Terms and Conditions

To facilitate appointment availability for all clients, we require 24 hours notice for cancellation of any studio appointment including bridal rehearsals. We never like to keep a client waiting, so if you are more than twenty minutes late for your appointment, we may have to reschedule depending on availability.
Changes to the address on a location appointment must be notified as soon as possible, although most locations are accessible, some may incur a loading fee. Ensure to check with Angel Faces’ staff.
Single person bookings are welcome at the studio. However an appointment on location requires a minimum of two people or at the minimum callout charge. Areas outside the Melbourne Metropolitan region which incur a loading fee may be subject to a minimum of three people. Please check with management when securing your booking.
A deposit is required to secure your booking. The balance is due the week of your wedding/booking. If paying your balance by cheque, this must be done at least two weeks prior to the booking date.
Deposits for services are non refundable, but may be exchanged for a credit voucher for services (subject to availability). Balances paid are non refundable in the week of the wedding/event. Deductions to booked numbers, is not allowed in the week of the wedding, and no refund will be given if numbers are lowered in this period. Please notify Angel Faces as soon as possible if you wish to add other friends or family members to your booking, as the artist’s arrival time may need to be adjusted.
Any member of the booking with hair on or past the back bra strap will be charged an extra fee, please let Angel Faces know at the time of final payment if anyone is subject to this. If, on location a stylist believes someone has ‘extra long’ hair and we were not notified prior, the difference is to be paid in cash to the stylist before the job is completed.
When staying in a hotel or apartment, it is the clients responsibility to organise parking (and payment if required) for the artist/stylist.
